Your knowledge graph is being read for the first time in a while. Nothing was resolved against a partial graph.

What to do​

Retry after the seconds in Retry-After. The body repeats the same number as retry_after_s for clients that only read the body; the header is authoritative.

The read continues after this answer, so retrying is enough: keep retrying until the call answers. A graph of a few hundred entities is ready in seconds; one with hundreds of thousands of entities can take several minutes. The read happens again after a few hours without calls, and when a new server starts. Nothing is charged for this answer. A retry loop is in the Resolve API Guide.
