Include Excludes

The list of included or excluded URLs

📄️List

List the include and exclude configurations.

📄️Update

Replace the include and exclude configurations. URLs are normalized to a percent-encoded form when saved; rules saved before this may still be in their original form. Rules whose URLs are equal once normalized are merged into one.
